Rock Painting

Equipment

• Rocks
• Paint
• Paint Brushes
• Cup of water (to wash brushes between colours)
• Black fine tip marker

Instructions

1. Find a collection of various size and shaped rocks. Rocks found around rivers are usually the best as they are nice and smooth.
2. Clean rocks and let dry.
3. Coat rocks with paint in chosen colours and then let dry.
4. Use a fine brush to paint patterns, shapes, facial features etc.
5. Use a black permanent marker for outlines etc.

As an added extra you could use craft items such as goggles eyes, glitter or coloured permanent marker pens.
