Fine motor skills enable kids to strengthen their muscles for activities such as using utensils, writing and drawing or even buttoning up a shirt. Painting is a fun activity that allows kids to get creative. After a day collecting rocks we decided to get the paints out to make rock art. As an adult I found this one very therapeutic as well!
